Wisdom Nugget From Proverbs

“The name of the Lord is a fortified tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.” Proverbs‬ ‭18:10‬ ‭

We all face times of desperation and trouble. When that happens, people flee to many different places looking for peace and protection. For the child of God, the place to run to in times of trouble is to the name of the Lord. The Psalmist wrote: “Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.” Psalms‬ ‭20:7‬. Only the name of the Lord can provide the dependable protection that is needed when trouble.

No matter what your fears or troubles are, the LORD is your strong tower, and He will save you. Remember no one  who put their trust in Him will be left alone. “…  he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.”

‭‭Heb 7:25‬. In His names there is strength, safety and security. Trust Him and keep trusting.
