We are a ministry that has a passion to promote leadership in the church in Zimbabwe. Following the example of Barnabas who reached out and encouraged Paul we believe that every leader needs someone to come alongside them.  The primary objective is to reach out and train rural Christian leaders to encourage them in ministry.
