Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.” Proverbs‬ ‭30:5‬ ‭

When God speaks it is established. His word, is more than just black and white letters. This is what Moses told the children of Israel “he said to them, “Take to heart all the words I have solemnly declared to you this day, so that you may command your children to obey carefully all the words of this law. They are not just idle words for you—they are your life. By them you will live long in the land you are crossing the Jordan to possess.” Deut‬ 32:46-47‬

His word is as trustworthy as He is. We need to stay to God’s word resisting the temptation to add to it. The Bible, God’s word, is living. And because His word is living we live through it. The Scriptures reveal so many aspects of the wonderful person of Christ through whom we have life everlasting. Whatever we do it is important to stay true to God’s word.
