“Like one who grabs a stray dog by the ears is someone who rushes into a quarrel not their own.” Proverbs‬ ‭26:17‬

When more than two people come together, the potential for disagreement increases and any living relationship will experience some degree of disappointment. When this happens between two people, at all costs, avoid meddling. If it has nothing to do with you, let it remain to have nothing to do with you. Never get involved. Paul to the Thessalonians “…You should mind your own business and work with your hands, just as we told you,” 1 Thess 4:11‬.

Jesus was no meddler: “A man in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, tell my brother to divide with me the property our father left us.” Jesus answered him, “Friend, who gave me the right to judge or to divide the property between you two?” Luke‬ ‭12:13-14‬. If it does not concern you, stay away and stay out, meddling causes more harm than good. If you get involved, it must be with good and godly intentions.
