WILL YOU LET GO PLEASE !!

At this the man’s face fell. He went away sad, because he had great wealth. Mark 10:22 

The rich young ruler who is at the centre of this story had come up Jesus Christ with a question. Upon hearing what Jesus said must be done to obtain eternal life, the wealthy young man had a response.

I have kept all these,” the young man told him. “What do I still lack?”

Jesus knew that this  man’s heart was devoted to something other than God. He was pointing out that He was not truly devoted to God because he had other priorities in His life. What about you ? What is that one thing? Reflect on the issue. That one desire, that one habit, that one possession that you would never let go of and it keeps  you from a pure walk with God. Remember with that one thing you can be your greatest threat. Trust God fully and submit to Him fully and  paralyze the power and weaken the grip of that one thing.
