Where Is God?

The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.” Psalm‬ ‭9:9‬ ‭

Given our current challenges in the nation and being away from my family, I felt so overwhelmed yesterday. Felt helpless, even a few tears for the Love of my country. Two good friends from two distant corners shared the right word for me. God is in control. How so when things are like this you may ask. He is our refuge. His grace increases when troubles multiply. How do we get the best out of Him as our Refuge?

R - Rest In His assuring presence
E - Embrace His fantastic grace
F - Focus on His affirming plans
U - Understand His accessibility thru prayer
G - Glory in His universal promises.
E - Entrust the impossible to His power.

Let’s keep trusting Him; it is not always that we are in control.
