What Is Written

“The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Even as it is WRITTEN in Isaiah the prophet...;” Mark‬ ‭1:1-2‬ ‭

The unfolding of God’s purposes follows what is written. The same with the voice of God. However dramatic whatever way God speaks He will never violate His own written word. Remember the psalmist says “For thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.” Psalms‬ ‭138:2‬ ‭

Meaning we should use the written word to evaluate and validate all other ways that God may be using to speak to us. The written word reveals His character. He will not contradict what is written in His word. Through the Bible, we know God’s will we understand His ways and are strengthened by His love.

IF IT VIOLATES WHAT IS WITTEN CHECK IT AGAIN IT MAY NOT BE OF GOD. Remember besides God the atmosphere is replete with other voices.
