Pray For Others

As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against the Lord by failing to pray for you. And I will teach you the way that is good and right.”1 Sam 12:23‬.

Did you pray today? What or who did you pray for? In His farewell speech Samuel declares that to him failing to pray for Israel is tantamount to sin. Do you see failure to pray for others that way. Samuel was stepping aside from leading but he would not step aside from praying. Prayer is not a duty for those with responsibility but a responsibility for those who are redeemed.
