Peace

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal.” Isaiah‬ ‭26:3-4‬ ‭

There is enough around and within us to cause turmoil. Peace is what we need. From  today’s verse we learn that God is the source of perfect peace. Isaiah talks about the peace  of God  being right there for those whose is trust in Him. What this means is that  peace is  not for a fortunate few; God’s design is that all people should know and experience peace.

When fears, anxieties, and troubles arise in your life, look to the Lord in trust and rest in Him. The peace that is promised from God stands out as opposed to the peace found in this world. Jesus said, “My peace I give to you; not as the world gives …” (John 14:27). As you move on in this life, trust and believe that among many blessings God’s desire for you is to live a peaceful life.
