Others First

“In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:”Philippians‬ ‭2:5‬ ‭

      Successful relationships in God’s economy follow those with the mindset of Christ. We know that Christ. When we have the mindset  of Christ we live with different value systems. We follow Christ “Who , being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;” Phil‬ ‭2:6‬.

       Christ was able to set this example for us because He believed in serving others. His motto was  “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Mark‬ ‭10:45‬.

       By living with this motto Christ was able to put others first. Paul encourages us to “Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.” Phil 2:3.

Power Thought

Think less about self and more about others. Let your decisions speech and actions seek to serve  kingdom interests.
