“Take your pay and go. I want to give the one who was hired last the same as I gave you. Don’t I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous?’ Matthew‬ ‭20:14-15‬ ‭

This was a response given to workers who were not happy to see the master giving to people hired latter than them the same amount as them. Everyone who accepts Jesus has equal opportunities. Indeed even in the Kingdom of God there are those who are overtaken by jealousy because they concentrate on comparisons.

The Bible teaches us that “Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else,” Gal 6:4‬ According to Paul “.....When they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves, they are not wise.” 2 Cor‬ ‭10:12‬. “But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it.”Eph‬ ‭4:7. Enjoy your apportioned grace while celebrating others.
