Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish in the way, for his wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in him. Psalm 2:12 

After showing how people especial kings rebel against the Lord’s anointed  son the psalmist counsels them to change their rebellious attitude and come to friendly terms with Him. This verse summarises the essence of the Gospel. The Gospel demands that we be reconciled to God by coming to friendly terms with God's Son. Doing so will provide refuge and blessing.

Blessed are all who take refuge in Him. The believer in Christ Jesus is already blessed. The promises to bless the world made by God were  fulfilled in Jesus Christ, therefore all who come to Him are blessed. Psalm 40:4, NIV: Blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD,..  Eph 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. You do not need to own anything to prove you are Blessed. We are the blessed of the Lord through Jesus Christ
