Journey Through Psalms # 33

or the word of the Lord is right and true; he is faithful in all he does. Psalm 33:4 

When Jesus was tempted all His responses were word based including the famous quote which says  “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’” Mt 4:4. The word of God is true and can be trusted. God the Father, is true to His word. What we need is to “ Let the word of Christ dwell among us  richly as we teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.” Col3:16. 

Knowing that His word is true we need to keep trusting it. When a believer  stands thier ground by trusting  God's word  and declaring it , they can be assured of spiritual victory. In all we do prayer, witnessing, preaching and even in conversation let us be mindful to speak the word of God. Where His word is His person will be.
