Journey Through Psalms

David recounts God’s acts of deliverance. ‭ David  could have been bitter about his circumstances. He could have been angry with God instead He recounts the goodness of God. Recounting God’s mighty acts provides a great encouragement for those who believe. We are reminded that if we let go and allow GOD to act David things will eventually work out. David let the Lord take care of Saul and those  who opposed his leadership without taking matters into his hands.

David’s solution to tough situations was crying out to the Lord. Our trust must always be in God’s name. Trusting God’s might power and His miraculous activity gives believers a good sense of stability. Further down the Psalm David declared “You make your saving help my shield, and your right hand sustains me; your help has made me great. You provide a broad path for my feet, so that my ankles do not give way.” Psalms‬ ‭18‬:‭35‬-‭36‬. Life  is all about trusting Him and allowing Him to move in our favor.
