Journey Through Psalm

For strangers rise up against me, and ruthless men seek my life men with no regard for God.  Surely God is my helper; the Lord is the sustainer of my soul. Psalm 54:3-4 

According to one commentator, “This was a bad period for David. It was a time when seemingly he had nowhere to turn. He was unsafe even in the wilderness, and there was hardly anyone he could trust.” However, David confidently expected God’s help. His adversity never led him to question the goodness and faithfulness of God. What He did was appeal to God in the middle of His challenges. 

David did not focus on what he was going through. He believe in God and walked by faith. Hey, 11:6 ‘“….anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.” Live may present tough seasons but with God we are winners. “So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. The things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever. “ 2 Cor 4:18 Keep your eyes on Jesus be of good cheer He has overcome the world.
