Hope

““Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.” Romans‬ ‭4:18‬ ‭

Abraham was in a situation of impossibility. From a human point of view there was no chance of them having a son. When God spoke Abraham believed and resulting in him enjoying the promise. God was the only reason for Abraham being faithful. God is able “For no word from God will ever fail.” Lk 1:37‬. 

Hope is important. Like David said Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. Ps 42:11
