In a setting of multiple competing voices it is important that we hear God. Hearing God’s voice allows the believer to walk in the ways of the Lord confident and comfortable. According to the verse God’s voice is there to provide direction and guidance.

God delights in guiding His own. This is why the psalmist declared. “Who are those who fear the Lord? He will show them the path they should choose.”Psalms‬ ‭25:12‬ ‭

God has created us for an intimate relationship with Him. This intimacy comes to fullness when we learn to hear Him in close communion
