God At Work In The Future

Day 8. 2020

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew‬ ‭6:34‬ ‭

The desire to know and to be in control is one of the reasons that make people worry. Al least for me it is. I worry when I know I have no control. God is at work in our lives because of this we need not worry but trust Him. Like Jesus who lived with the assurance of supreme possibility we need to trust the Father.

Never allow your imagination of the future to rob you of today’s blessing. God who is at work to will and to do good will sort out your tomorrow. At the point of death Jesus prayed and said, “Abba Father, all things are possible unto you…” (Mark 14: 36). Jesus realized that resurrection life was still forthcoming. He needed to yield himself to the death on the cross so that resurrection could follow. All this because He knew the Father was at work.

God is working in you and for your good. Trust Him With Your Future.
