Dealing with Depression

Fearless Elijah faced a serious threat and become frightened to the extent of being depressed. He was so depressed that he was ready to die. Without careful attention we all have the potential to get to such levels of depression.

Whatever happens we need to run to Jesus. Remember His invitations. ““Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Mat 11:28‬. The other this is to stay healthy. Depression feeds on poor health. God’s initial remedy for Elijah was”... Get up and eat.” 1 Kings‬ ‭19:5‬.
