DAY 42 BE STRONG -BUILD CHARACTER

 If the Lord is pleased with us, he will lead us into that land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and will give it to us. Only do not rebel against the Lord Num 14:8-9   The dynamics of the present world demand that people’s lives be orderly. It demands that lives should have a clear direction that is monitored, evaluated and changed to move with the demands of the time and the changing environment. Such dynamics call for strong character, the ability to stand for what you believe regardless of popular opinions and practices. 2018 undoubtedly presented most of us with moments of temptation in many ways. We see in these verses how Caleb and Joshua sought to be strong in character. People of character are those with deep convictions that can stand on the promises of God despite potential threats. As a child of God you are expected to: ·        Stand alone when it matter to stand for the truth ·        Stand out if that is what it comes to for the sake of God. ·        Stand true even if it means standing alone You can stand strong by drawing strength from God. He is the source of all power able to give strength to the faint to keep them focused on the work of the Lord.
