DAY 38 BE STRONG AND HOLD ON

“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.” Hebrews 10:23

Seeing that God upholds His covenant and promises to His people, we ought to hold on to Him. God is committed to His people. Through Christ, He has brought us closer to Him.  We must keep our confidence in His promises without shrinking back or giving up. It is impossible for God to lie. His promises are yes and amen to His glory. God finds pleasure in showing himself faithful to those who fear Him.  “So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded.” Heb 10:35. How is confidence in God maintained? ·        By looking at Jesus Christ the author and finisher of our faith. ·        By praying in the spirit and keeping self in the love of God. ·        By walking by faith and not by sight. Do not look at what is seen but what is unseen. Remember he has put eternity in the hearts of humanity. By continuing in Christ eternity is guaranteed.

Hold on: the only time to let go is when you want to let God
