Then the man said, "Let me go, for it is daybreak." But Jacob replied, "I will not let you go unless you bless me." Gen 32:26Jacob did not want to give up on this one opportunity that he had to wrestle with God. There is a place to be strong-willed before God. It is the place of prayer when you know that you are seeking the will of God.  For someone, who did not have many options, or any other way out Jacob had to be strong in prayer.  Jesus Christ instructed us to pray and not give up in Luke 18:1. Do your best to maximise moments in the presence of God. You never know when God will come through and lift you. Child of God be strong do not give up, like Jacob keep wrestling until something gives in and creates room for you to move on in God.
