DAY 35 BE STRONG – HIDE IN HIS NAME

The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe. Prov 18:10

In times of trouble like we have, our shelter and hiding place is the Lord.  With an understanding of this the psalmist declared “For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe.” Psalms 61:3  There is no better place to hide than in His name. There is no sure security and protection than in His name. His name is powerful. It is above all other names, superior to angels, Moses, Abraham, superior to the name of the devil, when you hide in His name, the devil can do you no harm. In His name, there is maximum protection; His name is a place of safety. Be strong therefore child of God; by hiding in His name, no evil can befall you. At the mention of His name, every knee bows, every tongue confesses that He is Lord.   It does not matter the number or strength of the forces that assail your habitation, if you are hiding in the strong tower of Jesus’ name, you are safe and secure.
