”I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.“ ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭6‬-‭7‬

Just as Paul emphasized the collaborative effort of planting and watering, we are called to recognize and honor the unique contributions of each individual within the community of believers. When we appreciate and value the diverse gifts and roles of others without comparing or seeking superiority, we foster an atmosphere of unity, mutual respect, and encouragement. This mindset allows us to work together in harmony.

Furthermore, in Romans 12:5-8, Paul reinforces the idea that we are all part of one body in Christ, each with different gifts that contribute to the functioning of the whole. By acknowledging the varied gifts within the body of Christ and embracing the uniqueness of each member, we cultivate a spirit of unity and cooperation. Just as the body functions harmoniously when each part fulfills its specific role, the church thrives when its members appreciate and honor one another's contributions. Let us work together effectively, edifying and supporting one another in love, in order to  fulfill the purposes for which God has called us.
