BEING GOOD - DOING GOOD

Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit......A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him.” Mat 12:33, 35‬

Our identity is revealed by what is seen in our lives. We must produce much good fruit in our lives, if we ever hope to make a difference in the lives of those we come in contact with. People will know what kind of tree we are by the fruit they see in our lives without us saying much. The teaching of Scripture is clear: the words that come out of our mouths reveals what is in our heart.

Is what you’re thinking, saying doing loving ? Does it represent a the character of God? Can you call it good?!” Have others considered being a part of the faith because of it? Is yes is your answer to all the above you are producing good fruit. The only way to produce good fruit is to live like Paul says: “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”Gal 2:20‬ ‭
