Now I exhort you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all agree and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be made complete in the same mind and in the same judgment. 1 Cor 1:10
The Corinthian church was divided based on which teacher each person followed. Paul taught the Corinthians to be one in spirit. He saw this oneness reaching a level of cooperative thinking and judgment on matters of spiritual importance.
Agreeing with one another is an integral part of living together in the body of Christ. To be in agreement with one another is God’s will. There is power in agreement. God's Word shows us clearly that we must agree and walk in unity in order to achieve God's best for our lives.
